A Carmarthenshire-based charity that promotes independent advocacy, support and training for adults with learning disabilities. Their building also hosts the headquarters for Barod CIC and AssistMyLife.

They provide training for members to learn new skills, they run peer support, help people with welfare, council tax and other important parts of independent living, and they help people to know their rights.
